However, every now and then technical issues may result in this website being inaccessible which we will not be liable for during the time its unavailable. Where/when possible, we will always try to give warnings in advance of any maintenance issues, however we are not obliged to provide such notice.

BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order you place with us. We may cancel orders that are placed under the same customer account, orders that use the same billing/shipping address or the same credit card. In the event that we do cancel an order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you though the e-mail and/or contact number provided at the time your purchase was made. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. 
When purchasing from our website you agree to provide all the correct and up to date information. 

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All of our products will be available to purchase online. These products may have limited quantities so we are unable to hold any items. We have made every effort to ensure we display the products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of colour will be accurate (may show lighter or darker). All products on the website will have a brief description to ensure you get the best understanding of the item before purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change at anytime without notice. 

FAULTY ITEMS
Our products are handpicked and packed by ourselves. If you have received an item that is faulty please get in touch with us within 48 hours and attach photos of the fault.  All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and sent out so we hope there wont be any issues, however sometimes this could be missed. If the item is deemed as faulty we must receive the item/s back within 14 days of purchase with the tags still attached, once we have received it we will issue you a refund for the item and reimburse the postage cost. We are not liable for items that become damaged after the item has been worn. PLEASE check over your items for any faults before removing any tags. 

DISCOUNTS
We only allow ONE discount code to be used at a time, eg % off or free delivery. Our website will only accept one discount code at a time. To receive discount on your order you must enter a valid discount code at the time of purchase. If an order is placed the discount code CANNOT be added after.
