Refund policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations. You are able to cancel your order from the moment you place your order up to 14 days after you receive the goods. If you would like to cancel your order please ensure you notify us within the 14 day period at Littletaylorsbabyboutique@gmail.com. If you decide to cancel your order it is your responsibility to take care of the goods whilst in your possession. You must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost. The goods must still have the tags attached and be in the same condition as we sent out.
If you would like to return any items, they must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All items returned back to us must still have the tags attached. If there are no tags on the items a refund wont be accepted.
We also offer an item exchange - if you would like to exchange an item please contact us.
We do NOT cover return postage cost.
