Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation E-mail, your order will then be processed, packed and dispatched depending on the shipping you have chosen. We offer First Class (1-2 Days) which your order will be sent out the same day and Second Class (3-5 Days) which your order will be sent out the following day. We dispatch our orders Monday - Friday. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the Monday. If you have not received your order after 7 days please get in touch with us.
